Plant Heating mat (do it yourself)

With this method you can germinate seeds in cold winter months like Dec and January. you don't need expensive heating mats to germinate seeds. Here is how to do it.

Take foam (thermocol) egg carton and fill it with seed starting mix or potting soil. Spray it with water then place seeds in it and label it.

Now close the lid and keep it near heating vent. Wait and see your seeds sprout within few days.
