Mr. Rajiv Gosain is currently working as a consultant for Monaco Group LLC, St. Louis, USA & there Mr. Rajiv Gosain is responsible for Litigation Management & Startegic Advisory Services with respect to Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation, the largest public sector undertaking in Bangladesh. Mr. Rajiv Gosain has worked with Techinvest India Ltd., New Delhi, India (April 1999-August 2000) as an Interim Managing Director, a premier manufactures of unclad epoxy laminates & printed circuit boards with national sales presence. Mr. Rajiv Gosain has implemented financial re-organisation on behalf of shareholders through private equity buyout through Indian bankruptcy processes, settlement of inionised labour disputes, settlement of bank claims under SARFAEST act.

Mr. Rajiv Gosain had also been an Investment Advisor in year 2000-2004 for Visualize Limited, Port Louis, Mauritius, a Private fund specializing in asset management for a global investors base. Responsible for global business strategy & asset gathering/client relationships implementing a market neutral ADR/DGR arbitrage program for emerging markets (India) that averaged 20% p.a.

Mr. Rajiv Gosain is an United State & Canadian Citizen and he received his B.E. in electrical engineering & Masters in Management Science (MMS) from Steven’s Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersy, USA.
