Carrot Halwa ( Gajar ka Halwa)

Carrots - 3 lb / 1.5 Kg App.
milk - 1 leter
condenced milk - 2, 14 oz can ( you can use Mawa instead of condence milk)
Sugar - 2 Tbs.
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp.
Few cashew nuts and rasin.

Wash carrots and scrape off the skin. Grate carrots, food processor would do a better and quick job. In a big pan add grated carrots and milk. When milk start boiling add sugar and condence milk in it. Let it cook until raw flovor is gone and color of carrot changes to dark orange.

Garnish it with nuts and rasins.
