Microsoft's LiveMeeting software for desktop support. I just recently had seen Microsoft collaboration/conferencing software in action for a real remote support session. The software is excellent and I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a remote support and conferencing product.

It allows two way application sharing or desktop sharing. It also has an option to display the full desktop of the remote computer. The user interface is as technologically up to date as any software could be.

LiveMeeting by Microsoft is a little pricey for PC remote support alone. This product in my opinion is a good fit for a company that is actively looking a conferencing product for online meetings and product demonstrations firstly and a pc remote support product as a secondary requirement.
