There are some differences between different flavors of remote access and remote control software for support. Microsoft's live meeting purchase was one the best things Microsoft could have done to improve the product and to improve efficiency of their own support efforts. They too have a large number of support representatives and need to access desktop remotely to provide off-site support to customers and clients.
Web based remote desktop control through remote access and remote control. Keyboard and screen is not ll you need . You need a web based remote desktop access solution that will give your tech fast remote access to computer desktops and service with out a high price tag.

This site has a very fair price, one of the lowest around, and they provide the service to you with now limitations to their features. Microsoft's Live Meeting may have a few more bells and whistles but that's also because the program can also do and was first designed for online conferencing not for PC remote support
