residents who live or work in CT, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, DC. Works of 6 to 15 min. duration,
written for a variety of different ensembles. Four composers share $1600 prize money, and are
required to waive performance royalties if chosen for performance at the New Music Delaware
Festival.
