UPS Sucks
UPS did not deliver package on Friday because no one was home to sign for it, left no notice.
Customer asked them to hold it for pick up on Monday, went, but package had gone out on truck. UPS
sends message to customer's ISP, claiming their complaint e-mail is "a violation of federal
regulations".
