Soaring in Belgium: Federations & Associations Belgium has a federal government structure, reflecting the existence of Flanders (Dutch speaking) and Wallonia (French speaking part of the country). This division is also visible in the way air sports are organised. Below the national level there are two regional soaring associations (LVZC and FCFVV).
