The Fort Myer Military Community, or FMMC, is one of the United States Army's newest garrison
commands, made up of two of its most historic installations: Fort Myer, Va., and Fort McNair, D.C.
Formed in 1993, the FMMC is the Army's showcase organization in the National Capital Region. Forts
