Henry David Roberts is the first Roberts that I find in our family tree. I do not know when or where he was born. He married Catherine Apgar on 8 August, 1863 at the Methodist Episcopal Church in Fairmount N.J. The pastor's name was C. Clark. Catherine was a daughter of Jacob Newton Apgar (Big Jake) and Mary Margaret Trimmer.
